What is Sputtering Technology ? 什麼是離子濺射鍍膜呢 ?

這是目前奈米銀的最高技術，在一個真空的環境之下，用電子槍去撞擊銀靶，使奈米銀離子彈跳出來，附著在不織布上面。這種離子濺射鍍膜的方式，非常牢靠，而且非常緻密，它的抗病菌的能力最好。所以，流感病毒一碰到奈米銀離子就會死掉。它的效果比一般的混紡奈米銀布料好很多。

離子濺射鍍膜銀膜，不僅抗菌，過濾病毒，經過試驗足以殺死金黃色葡萄球菌、大腸桿菌、白色念珠球菌與綠膿桿菌等菌種，可降低H5N1禽流感毒性1千倍，且不傷人體，它也是隔離衣與防護衣的關鍵材料。

Sputtering is a molecular level coating technology commonly used in semiconductor wafers, LCD color filters, aeronautical and military applications with nominal thickness at 1 nanometer or less.

The “Sputtering” technology enables nano-particles to be bombarded on to surface of substrate to form a continuous bond at molecular level. The bond is so strong that peeling is almost impossible.
